Ottica Lecce offers you the possibility to exchange or return your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

The merchandise must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging with its accessories and a copy of the invoice.

To exercise your right of return/exchange, follow the steps below :

Send us an email to inform us of your decision to return or exchange the merchandise.

Send the merchandise to be returned and a copy of the corresponding invoice to the following address:

We recommend that you send the goods by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, precisely dated and/or with acknowledgement of receipt. We will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we have received the returned goods.

If you decide to exchange the goods, your new order will be sent to you as soon as we have received the goods to be exchanged.

The returned goods and/or the difference between the returned goods and the exchanged goods (if necessary) will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days of receipt of the returned and/or exchanged goods. You assume responsibility for the initial and postage costs of any return/exchange.
